Job Description

As a Security Professional Luxury Retail Site - Full Time in Santa Clara, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to create a secure environment at a prestigious retail location. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the property, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and assisting guests and staff with professionalism and courtesy. You will be expected to deliver exceptional customer service while responding to situations calmly and efficiently. What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
