Effectively communicate treatment options, procedures, and expected outcomes to patients, answering any questions or concerns they may have. Collaborate with the orthodontist to present treatment plans and financial options to patients, ensuring they fully understand the investment required and possible payment arrangements. Assist patients in navigating insurance coverage and claims, promoting financial transparency and patient advocacy. Coordinate scheduling of appointments, collaborating with the front desk team to maintain an organized and efficient appointment schedule. Facilitate communication between the orthodontist, staff, and patients, ensuring everyone is updated on treatment progress, follow-up appointments, and any necessary adjustments. Regularly follow up with patients to address post-treatment concerns and maintain long-term relationships, fostering a sense of trust and loyalty. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of orthodontic products, techniques, and advancements to provide up-to-date and accurate information to patients. Continuously strive to improve patient satisfaction, seeking feedback and implementing suggestions to enhance the overall patient experience. Qualifications and Experience Minimum of 1-2 years' experience as an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator is required. In-depth knowledge and understanding of orthodontic treatments, procedures, and dental terminology. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively connect and build rapport with patients of all backgrounds. Demonstrated sales experience Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask, and attention to detail. Preferred bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. Proficient computer skills, including experience with orthodontic software and Google and MS Office Suites. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a cohesive team. Compassionate and empathetic personality with a desire to provide exceptional patient care. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and find solutions to challenges that may arise. Understanding of dental insurance and financing options, with the ability to explain and navigate these aspects to patients effectively.
Smilebliss is currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Treatment Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and possess strong communication abilities.
Schedule :
- This is a full-time position
- Monday through Friday, 1-2 Saturdays per month
- 8 : 00 AM-5 : 00 PM
