Job Summary

We are hiring Duct Installers to join our field team in New Jersey. This role involves working at customer job sites to install sheet metal ductwork and other HVAC components. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and takes pride in quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Install ductwork and HVAC components according to specifications and drawings

Ensure proper fit and alignment using appropriate tools

Collaborate with team members to meet project goals and deadlines

Follow company and job site safety procedures at all times

Load, unload, and transport materials as needed

Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards

Communicate clearly with supervisors and other trades on site

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Familiarity with duct materials and standard hand tools

Ability to read and follow blueprints is a plus

Reliable transportation to job sites across New Jersey

Physically able to lift 50+ pounds, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces

Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn

OSHA 10 certification is a plus or willingness to obtain it
