Description : McMillin's Dining Room has been Roche Harbor’s flag ship restaurant for more than 80 years, serving the first dinners in the spring of 1958. Famous for prime rib and seafood, we continue to serve our prized USDA Prime 10-hour Prime rib, fresh Northwest seafood, local shellfish and oysters and produce from all over our bountiful Island. The menu, food quality, and preparation at McMillin’s Dining Room has been bringing in locals and resort guest for decades. With water views and personalized service, this is where our guests come to relax and enjoy fine dining at Roche Harbor Resort. This is a scratch kitchen with menu items changing daily featuring the abundance of our island and the Northwest finest ingredients.

Responsibilities of Cook 2 include :
Experience Required / Qualifications : 2-3 year cooking in fine dining restaurant
Start Date : March 30, 2026, May 4, 2026, and June 1, 2026
End Date : September 27, 2026, October 25, 2026, and November 29, 2026
Housing : Included in agreement Shared Room $100 or Single Room $150
Wage Range : $24 to $26 per hour Overtime Rate (after 40 hrs.) : $36.00 to $39.00
Other Compensation :
Star Performance Incentive. This is earned bonus for staff excelling in their kitchen and is paid weekly : Up to $1.00 for every hour worked for meeting or exceeding star performance standards 20 center per hour for each standard met :

Total compensation potential including End of Season Bonus and Star Performance Incentive : $28.00 per hour
