SERVPRO Team Wall is hiring a Construction Services Technician to support small-scale construction projects with hands-on work and jobsite coordination. If you have experience in trades like carpentry, drywall, painting, or flooringand take pride in quality craftsmanshipthis could be a great fit.

What You'll Do :

• Perform skilled construction tasks (carpentry, drywall, flooring, etc.)
• Assist with subcontractor coordination and material deliveries
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and accuracy
• Provide daily project updates and track progress
• Help maintain budget, schedule, and overall project organization
• Mitigation experience and IICRC certifications are a plus

Preferred Skills :

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions : This position involves performing physical activities and may require considerable use of whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of equipment. Position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
