A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity : RN - Med Surg Cardiac Adult Job Details : - Work 36 hours per week on day shift from 7 : 00 AM to 7 : 30 PM - Every other weekend required - No call requirements - Work primarily on the 4 South Cardiac unit with occasional floating to various Med-Surg units including Wound Care, Stroke, Oncology, Respiratory, Observation, and ED / Med-Surg boarders - Minimum 3 years of current / recent Telemetry and / or Stepdown experience required - Must be able to read Telemetry and will be tested on day one with termination if competency cannot be passed - Current Epic EMR proficiency required with no refresher classes or 1 : 1 training available - Required certifications : BLS and ACLS - Start date available December 15th unless returning traveler from within the last 9 months - Facility reserves the right to cancel up to 36 hours per 13-week contract Facility : This healthcare system provides comprehensive medical services with specialized cardiac care units and various medical-surgical departments.
