Cybersecurity Tier 3 Analyst

A company is looking for a Tier 3 Analyst (Technical) to safeguard digital assets and provide senior-level support within the Cybersecurity Center.

Key Responsibilities

Investigate and analyze security-related events escalated from Tier 2 Analysts

Provide feedback to Tier 1 Analysts and Analysts in training regarding ticket content

Collect and maintain metrics for various areas of the cybersecurity program

Required Qualifications

Working towards a bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field

0-3 years of experience in a cybersecurity role, preferably in a Security Operations Center (SOC) environment

Proficiency in analyzing security logs and network traffic to identify potential threats

Professional certifications such as CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst CySA+ or iSC2 Certified in Cybersecurity

In-depth understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices
