A company is looking for a Mexico Carrier Sales Representative to develop and manage carrier relationships for cross-border Mexico freight.
Key Responsibilities :
Source, onboard, and manage carrier relationships focused on Mexico and cross-border operations
Negotiate competitive rates with carriers while ensuring service quality and compliance
Monitor shipment execution, resolve service issues, and ensure on-time delivery performance
Required Qualifications :
3+ years of carrier sales or capacity procurement experience, preferably in cross-border Mexico freight
Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
Demonstrated success in negotiating rates and managing carrier performance
Established relationships with Mexico-based and border-region carriers
Strong understanding of cross-border processes, documentation, and compliance requirements
