Job Description :

Provide technical support, analysis assistance and training for BusinessObjects suite of tools to Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits internal customer base.

• Expert in design and development complex reports using SAP BusinessObjects 4.3 Web Intelligence
• Create and update technical and functional documentation such as operational procedures, training materials, etc
• Follow department client service strategies and standards related to ways of working, service level agreements and providing positive customer experiences
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and other support staff
• Share BOBJ knowledge and best practices across the user base
• ssist with change management efforts to drive adoption of new BOBJ tools, governance, and reporting processes
• Converting SSRS Reports into BO reports
