Qualifications

You\'ll have...

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field and 10 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
• 10 years of experience with the following skills is required : MS Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 Customization & Configuration, Software Development in C# including form customization, ribbon customization, view building, entities, dashboard creation, C# based plugin code for complex logical calculations, and deployment using Plugin Registration Tool.
• 7 years of experience with each of the following skills is required : Implementing application functionality to enable Contact Center and Dealership interaction; API development (REST APIs and Azure integration) to integrate business processes and data flows between CRM and external systems; Power Pages to design and develop secure Microsoft Dynamics 365 portal websites; jQuery, Liquid Template, HTML, CSS, JS, and ASP.Net MVC to customize and configure Power Pages; Agile development, Test Driven Development methodologies and version control tools (Rally or JIRA, Github or AzureDevops, and TFS – Team Foundation Server); CI / CD environment deployment and managing environments (DEV, QA, UAT, Production); MS Dynamics upgrades and migrations to newer versions of Dynamics CRM and Portal.
• 5 years of experience with each of the following skills is required : Debug using devTools, Azure Application Insights, Azure logs, and Plugin Trace logs; SQL Server for database schema design, stored procedures, and data import / export.
• 4 years of experience with each of the following skills is required : Establish realtime ongoing interaction between Dynamics CRM, Dataverse, external systems, and Power Pages using Power Automate Flows and REST APIs.

We are offering a salary of $138,486.00 - $176,800.08 / yr.
