Pay : $50,000- $55,000

Schedule : Monday – Friday

Location : Las Cruces, New Mexico

About the Role

Tresco, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee daily operations of our Federal Courthouse contract in Las Cruces . This vital role ensures the highest standards of custodial and grounds maintenance while maintaining compliance with government regulations and Tresco’s mission of excellence and integrity.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a proven track record in government contract management, cost control, and team development. You’ll be the point of contact with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

✅ Oversee day-to-day operations of custodial and grounds maintenance contracts.

✅ Serve as the primary liaison with federal representatives and government officials.

✅ Monitor and evaluate contract performance to ensure compliance and quality.

✅ Manage budgets, expenditures, and cost reports to stay within funding parameters.

✅ Prepare detailed cost estimates and task order documentation.

✅ Lead, train, and motivate a team of dedicated staff members.

✅ Ensure adherence to Tresco policies, safety standards, and ethical business practices.

✅ Maintain professionalism and represent Tresco positively in all interactions.

Qualifications

Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Minimum three (3) years of experience managing custodial and grounds operations.

Experience with government contracts , cost tracking, scheduling, and reporting.

Minimum three (3) years of progressive supervisory experience.

Valid Driver’s License (required)

Proof of COVID-19 vaccination (required)

General Background Check

Driving Record (MVR)

⭐ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and cost tracking software

⭐ Knowledge of basic electrical and mechanical maintenance systems

⭐ Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus
