Job Summary :

We are looking for an entry-level Analyst (CPT / OPT eligible) to support business operations reporting documentation and data-driven activities.

This position is ideal for students in their Masters program or recent graduates who are looking to start their careers in business analytics or operations domain.

Key Responsibilities :

Collect clean and analyze data from multiple business sources.

Prepare reports dashboards and presentations as required.

Support requirement gathering workflow documentation and business research.

Identify operational gaps process delays and improvement opportunities.

Assist with project tracking timelines and status updates.

Support data validation QC and report testing activities.

Collaborate with teams such as operations data project and finance teams.

Maintain documentation logs and analytical reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Analytics Information Systems Finance Operations Supply Chain or related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Good command over Excel (Pivot Tables VLOOKUP Data Formatting).

Basic knowledge of SQL or data querying.

Ability to work with and interpret large datasets.

Good communication skills and ability to present findings clearly.

Strong attention to detail accuracy and organization.

Preferred Skills (Add-on Advantage) :

Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau .

Exposure to dashboard creation & BI concepts.

Familiarity with ERP / CRM tools (SAP Salesforce Oracle).

Prior academic project or internship experience.

Understanding of KPIs reporting metrics forecasting basics.
