We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher (or Teacher's Aide) to join our Montessori school. The ideal candidate will have a at least some background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the social, emotional, and cognitive development of preschool-aged children. The Preschool Teacher (or Teacher's Aide) will be responsible for implementing engaging lessons that foster literacy, math skills, and overall childhood development.

• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity and exploration.
• Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain a structured and supportive classroom atmosphere.
• Monitor children's progress in literacy, math, and other developmental areas.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress
• Engage in behavior management strategies to promote positive interactions among students.
• Maintain a safe classroom environment conducive to learning.
