Project Controls Manager

A company is looking for a Project Controls Manager / Project Manager (PM).

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage the master project schedule across multiple sites, ensuring alignment with field execution and program timelines

Oversee budgeting, cost tracking, and forecasting while implementing earned value management systems

Establish and manage project-wide change control processes, ensuring all changes are documented and approved

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field

10+ years of experience in project controls or project management on large-scale construction projects

Expert proficiency in Primavera P6

Strong experience with cost control systems and scheduling methodologies

Proven ability to manage complex, multi-site construction programs
