Shift : 7 : 00 PM - 7 : 30 AM

Experience :

• 36 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Preferred 24 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience.
• 36 months of travel experience is preferred from any number of months.
• Experience with Cerner is required from any number of months.

Requirements :

50 miles from facility to be submitted.

Required Skills / Experience : Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response, Management of dysrhythmias, IV therapy, Arterial line management, Central line care / management, Medications, Titrate Cardiac drips, Titrate Vasoactive drips, Respiratory / Thoracic, Assist with management of BiPAP, Assist with management of CPAP, Care of Ventilated Patient, Suctioning (ETT, NT), Professional Topics and Skills, Isolation Precautions / Use of PPE

Required Credentials :

Shift & Scheduling : Weekends required.

Floating Requirements : to float down to (DOU / PCU, MED SURG, TELE) and required to float between Escondido / Poway campus and each level of care based on need.

7 days maximum time off. Facility holidays : 01 / 01 / 2025, 11 / 27 / 2025, 12 / 25 / 2025. Number of holidays allowed off : 1
