Project Leader Of Employment Marketing

Position Purpose :
The Project Leader of Employment Marketing supports the attraction and best in class talent experience of Pro and Home Services talent. This position leads the creation and execution of talent attraction strategies for jobseekers and associates.
The ideal candidate will have strong project management and marketing or communications experience, skilled in proactive and strategic thinking, comfortable responding to urgent requests and working with various internal and external partners on tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct research to identify industry trends, monitor demographics and assess the Retail competitive landscape
- Develop and utilize statistical analysis and data modeling to assess the financial impact and efficiency gains from Staffing projects / initiatives
- Leverage industry trends and statistical analysis to influence creation and prioritizing of Staffing projects
- Assess, improve, and standardize Staffing related processes enterprise-wide
- Project lead Staffing-related projects / initiatives
- Partner with field Staffing Managers to create and execute hiring initiatives (e.g. forum, programs, etc.)
- Initiate and facilitate discussions with internal partners (e.g. Operations, Labor Management, etc.) to support and enable Staffing initiatives
- Prepare formal presentations based on key findings to Staffing leadership

Typically reports to a ManagerNo direct responsibility for supervising others.Travel Requirements :
Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time.Physical Requirements :
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.Working Conditions :
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.Minimum Qualifications :
Must be eighteen years of age or older.Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.Preferred Qualifications :
3 years marketing or communications experience within a corporation or agencyExperience developing and overseeing event or marketing campaigns from concept to implementationKnowledge in project management, creative processes, and partner / vendor managementStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteMinimum Education :
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.Minimum Years of Work Experience :

The pay range for this position is between $70,000 - $120,000
