Job Title : Senior Certified Financial Planner

Overview :

Our client, a national Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), is seeking an experienced Senior Certified Financial Planner to join their growing wealth management team. This individual will deliver comprehensive financial planning and strategic advice to high-net-worth clients, helping them achieve their personal and financial goals. The ideal candidate brings expertise in financial, tax, and estate planning and enjoys working in a collaborative, client-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain customized financial plans covering cash flow, retirement, investment, tax, and estate strategies

Provide expert analysis and recommendations to optimize client financial outcomes

Collaborate with internal advisors and external professionals, including attorneys and accountants

Participate in client meetings to present strategies and explain complex financial concepts

Review estate and financial documents to identify planning opportunities and recommend improvements

Mentor junior planning staff and review their work for accuracy and consistency

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field

Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation required; CPA or AEP preferred

5+ years of experience in financial or estate planning within a wealth management or financial advisory firm

Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client service and relationship management

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
