Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Pricing Analyst / Excel Specialist to support key data operations and reporting processes. This role is ideal for someone who is an Excel expert and comfortable working with high volumes of data. A college degree is not required, but strong technical skills and proven experience are essential. While a degree is not mandatory for entry, future advancement opportunities are more accessible for candidates who are pursuing or obtain a degree.

Key Responsibilities

Create and manage inbox communications

Perform SAP updates for Custom Products List Pricing

Maintain and update NPI Surgeon and NorthStar Trackers

Update Monthly ASC Migration Files

Utilize SAP and Smartsheet (or internal equivalents) for data tracking and process management

Handle and manipulate large datasets (30,000+ lines) with accuracy and efficiency

Collaborate cross-functionally to support data-driven decisions and reporting initiatives

Qualifications

High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 5+ years of relevant experience, or

Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field with 0–3 years of relevant experience

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs)

Experience with SAP is highly preferred

Familiarity with Smartsheet, Vendavo, Alteryx, and OpenText is a plus

Ability to learn new software tools quickly
