Senior IT Product Manager – Service Cloud

Senior product manager leading a portfolio of internal Service Cloud applications and enhancing the omnichannel experience for support engineers. This role drives product strategy, roadmap, and execution, collaborating with engineering, architecture, and operations to deliver new features, integration, and workforce management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Guide the strategic roadmap of initiatives for technology innovation and support engineering.
• Facilitate timely decision‑making across stakeholders, delivery partners, and operational teams.
• Collaborate with security, architecture, engineering, quality, support, experience, and program management partners to deliver complex, multi‑objective projects.
• Represent and lead delivery functions in program / project core teams and executive steering committee meetings.
• Accountability for product excellence, decision‑making, delivery estimates, roadmaps, client communications, and project outcomes.
