A thriving elementary and middle-school community is seeking dependable Substitute Paraprofessionals to provide short-term classroom assistance. This flexible position allows qualified professionals to work across various grade levels and support academic engagement in the absence of regular aides.

Responsibilities / Duties :

Implement and reinforce instructional plans provided by classroom teachers

Assist students individually or in small groups to maintain learning continuity

Support classroom organization, behavior management, and student supervision

Prepare and distribute educational materials as directed

Assist with arrival, dismissal, and transition routines throughout the school day

Qualifications / Desired Experience :

Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent

Prior experience in education, tutoring, or childcare preferred

Excellent adaptability and ability to follow classroom procedures

Positive communication skills and ability to engage students respectfully

Reliable and flexible to accept short-term assignments

Location : Roseville, CA
