Job Description

Our client is actively seeking a IT Project Coordinator to support their Schaumburg team.

This opportunity will by hybrid 3 days onsite

Day to day

• Supports the project manager in gathering equipment, resources and information to implement upcoming projects.
• Their main duties include maintaining budgets and work schedules, organizing and participating in shareholder meetings and ensuring all deadlines for certain projects are met. Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information.
• Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track.
• Often communicates with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.
