Job descriptionCertification in bartending or mixology. Experience in fine dining establishments. Knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktail pairings. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Engage with guests to provide exceptional service, taking orders and making recommendations based on their preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and ensure responsible service in compliance with legal regulations. Assist in managing inventory, including ordering supplies and tracking usage to minimize waste.
