About The Position

We are seeking a Registered Dietician to provide maternity leave coverage at Bellevue Hospital’s outpatient primary care clinic. This temporary role involves assessing patients’ nutritional needs, providing education on food and drug interactions, and collaborating with physicians to recommend appropriate dietary modifications.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics or Foods and Nutrition from an accredited college / university (Master’s degree preferred)

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience; 2 years preferred

Registration by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) as a Registered Dietitian (required for acute care)

New York State Certification as a Dietitian-Nutritionist (required for post-acute care)

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
