Sign-On Bonus : $300 (when you work 20 hours within the first 4 months)
Responsibilities :
- Provide supervision and therapeutic support to children ages 1–21 with behavioral challenges
- Work with clients in their homes and surrounding communities
- Safely transport clients using a reliable personal vehicle
- Follow individualized treatment plans developed by families and case management teams
- Complete daily documentation (session notes) via smartphone / email applications
