Key Responsibilities : Manage the underwriting mailbox, ensuring enrollment forms are processed and indexed Coordinate travel plans and monitor expenses for the team Assist with office procedures to enhance team productivity and efficiency Required Qualifications : High school diploma or GED Two or more years of related administrative experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Knowledge of office practices and procedures Administrative professional certification(s) such as CAP or CWCA is a plus
