As a Property Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations of a tax credit apartment community, including budgeting, occupancy, staff supervision, compliance, and resident relations. You’ll play a key role in maintaining high standards of performance and ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements.

• Experience in property management (tax credit / affordable housing preferred)
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Knowledge of compliance policies and procedures
