Medical Assistant (Certified)

Medical Assistant, needed for a part-time contract opportunity for with Yoh's client located in Beavercreek, OH. This position is for our front desk, but will also support clinically. Must have strong phlebotomy skills.

What You'll Do :

• Interviews patients and measures vital signs (pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure, weight, and height)
• Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
• Prepares treatment rooms, cleans and sterilizes instruments
• Medication administration including injections, perform laboratory tests, operating EKGs and other diagnostic equipment as permitted by state regulations
• Perform administrative tasks, assists at the front desk, schedules appointments, makes follow-up calls, and orders medical supplies
• Performs other duties as assigned
