• We are hiring immediately for full time SOUS CHEF positions.
• Location : BMW Manufacturing - 1400 Highway 101 South, Greer, SC 29651. Note : online applications accepted only.
• Schedule : Full time; Monday through Friday, 4 : 00 am to 3 : 00 pm. Some Saturdays may be required. More details upon interview.
• Requirement : Prior back-of-house culinary experience is required, including knowledge of food safety and record-keeping.

Job Summary

Summary : Helps Executive Chef prepare and cook foods. Coordinates activities of cooks and other food-service associates. Assumes responsibility for kitchen and food-service associates in the absence of Executive Chef.
