Material Handler – 1st Shift

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Position Overview :

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring materials and products are properly received, processed, and prepared for shipment while maintaining compliance with quality and customs requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and products against purchase orders or shipping documentation.

Check pallets and shipments for accuracy and condition, ensuring compliance with customs requirements.

Cut, wrap, and secure products for shipment to prevent damage during transport.

Organize and stage materials for production or shipping.

Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments.

Assist in warehouse organization, including cleaning, labeling, and storing materials.

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications :

Prior experience in warehouse, material handling, or shipping / receiving is a plus.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate material handling equipment safely.

Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Fast-paced warehouse environment.

Regular standing, walking, and lifting.

Strict adherence to safety procedures.
