Secondary Marketing Servicing Analyst
Responsible for servicing / sub-servicing oversight, servicing transfers, investor reporting, GL reconciliations, LSBO oversight (delinquency and payment remittance). Team player with ability to take direction from all levels of Bank management, as well as drive key initiatives and department strategy independently; to assist in tracking our internal / external KPIs / KRIs as set forth by the business / company.
Monthly / Quarterly sub-servicer oversight (MERS / Escrow / Remittance Reporting)
Primary contact for servicing transfers to new purchaser / servicer, includes investor remittance reporting.
Monthly GL reconciliations and resolution of reconciling items.
LSBO Remittance reconciliation and payment posting.
Involved in working with 2nd LOD partners for any all-communication needs, reporting, and strategy metrics.
Paid in full collateral requests.
Back-up individuals within the LOB to perform necessary job functions and create procedures for variety of team members and Bank partners.
