American Traveler is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist with ARMRIT or ARRT MR certification and strong Siemens and PACS skills for a night shift assignment.
\n \n Responsibilities\n
Work in an acute care MRI department with adult ICU, outpatient, and ED trauma patient populationsProcedures include abdomen, pelvis, MRCP, chest, brain, cranial nerves, spine, lower and upper extremity long bones, and moreSchedule is Friday through Sunday, 3x12 hour night shifts from 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 AMUse Siemens MRI equipment and PACS imaging systemsEMR : EPIC experience is requiredAll travelers may float to any campus within the health system as neededResponsibilities include performing a wide range of MRI studies and supporting trauma, critical care, and outpatient imaging needsMandatory compliance modules and orientation required, typically 2-4 hours to completeMust adhere to strict punctuality and attendance policiesRTO (request for time off) must be submitted with application; additional RTO requests will not be acceptedFacility does not accept candidates with education from schools on the Florida Diploma Fraud Education Audit listFirst time travelers are accepted if they meet minimum experience requirementsScrub or dress code requirements may apply per department policy\n \n Requirements\n
Minimum 1 year of MRI technologist experience requiredARMRIT or ARRT MR certification requiredBLS certification requiredPrevious charge experience requiredDemonstrated experience with isolation precautions, prep and administration of contrast media, and starting peripheral IVsProficiency with Siemens MRI equipment and PACS requiredExperience with MIP, gradient echo, spin echo, surface coils, T1 / T2 images requiredMust have experience operating in acute care, ICU, emergency, and trauma environmentsEPIC EMR experience is requiredLicense required if applicableCandidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility; local candidates are not accepted\n Benefits\n
