Job descriptionUse tools like AHA (or similar) to track features and product readiness. Support teams with operational readiness and enablement for go-to-market execution. Resolve backlog items and streamline partially operationalized processes. Define business requirements to support global adoption and rollout. Must-Haves : Familiarity with AHA or similar product / feature tracking tools. Background in operational readiness and enablement activities. Strong process documentation and backlog management skills. Nice-to-Haves : Exposure to cross-functional product operations teams. Knowledge of Agile or scaled Agile frameworks.
