Donato Technologies Inc is seeking an MS-700 Certified Microsoft Teams Consultant to join their IT collaboration team in Tulsa, OK. The role is a 12+ month onsite assignment.

Job Overview

Responsible for the administration, implementation, and optimization of Microsoft Teams environments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across the enterprise. Requires a strong background in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, governance, and Teams management.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, manage, and support Microsoft Teams for enterprise users.
• Lead Teams implementation, migration, and integration projects.
• Develop and maintain governance, compliance, and security policies for Teams.
• Collaborate with internal departments to streamline communication workflows using Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange Online.
• Manage Teams voice and telephony integration with Microsoft Calling Plans or Direct Routing.
• Provide Tier-2 / 3 support and resolve Teams-related issues.
• Create technical documentation, training materials, and best practices.
• Monitor Teams usage analytics and optimize performance and adoption.
• Work with Microsoft 365 Admin Center, PowerShell, and related tools for advanced configuration.
