Key Responsibilities
Serve as the client interface for inventory control and asset decommissioning, ensuring compliance with security requirements
Oversee asset tracking and reporting for lifecycle management, including decommissioning and security certification
Manage third-party vendors for warranty management and process improvements related to asset disposal
Key Requirements
2+ years of program or project management experience
Strong understanding of internal logistics and IT asset management
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritize asset requests
Proven ability to self-manage and drive execution independently
Proactive and solutions-focused approach, able to remain calm under pressure
