Commercial Real Estate Agent Opportunity

Our team is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced, licensed commercial real estate agent to help property owners sell and lease office buildings and commercial properties. This commission-based opportunity offers rewarding commissions and the backing of a team committed to your growth and long-term success.

As an agent on our team, you’ll build business relationships, generate and convert leads, and guide clients through transactions while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local policies and regulations.

First-year earning potential when hitting goals : $140,000+.

You’ll have access to continuous training seminars, advanced technology, and proven lead generation programs—all designed to help you scale your production and strengthen your career in commercial real estate.

Compensation : $140,000 at plan

Responsibilities :

• Tour business properties and review costs of maintaining the building, possible renovations, financing options and analytical data
• Develop relationships that enhance the potential for future growth
• Follow up with all customer leads and requests in a timely and efficient manner to ensure superior customer service
• Appraise properties using local real estate market comparisons to ensure fair market price to clients
• Conduct market demographic, population, and environmental studies and present information to the buyer or seller to aid in their decision making process
