Supply Chain Manager

Genesis10 is currently looking for a Supply Chain Manager / Project Manager with Clinical / Hospital experience for a 9 month contract to hire project with our healthcare client in Eden Prairie, MN.

Must be able to travel 50-75% of the time- rest would work remotely.

Summary : You will serve as the day-to-day operational and strategic leader for complex savings implementation projects, holding full accountability for delivering significant, measurable outcomes.

While leveraging senior leadership for strategic guidance, you are the primary owner of the engagement's success.

This role requires a unique blend of high-level strategic thinking and ground-level execution, moving seamlessly from boardroom presentations to detailed project management.

As the key client-facing leader, the Manager is responsible for the overall health of the engagement, the success of the client, and the development of the consulting team.

Required skills : 3+ years in Healthcare Supply Chain Transformation consulting or hospital supply chain.

Proven experience presenting to C-suite executives.

Demonstrated mastery of core consulting competencies, including quantitative analysis, financial modeling, contract negotiation, supplier engagement, cost reduction strategies, and end-to-end project management.

Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Undergraduate degree required (Supply Chain, Business, Healthcare, or related field).

Experience leading complex supply chain transformation engagements within hospitals.

Familiarity with value analysis, physician preference items (PPI), purchased services, and GPO alignment.

This consultants needs to have project management skills and can identify savings opportunities

• savings identified through negotiation tactics, RFPs, etc.

Desired skills : Experience revamping supply chain methodology and evaluation frameworks.

Lean Process Improvement (Six Sigma, Lean, etc.) preferred but not required.

Experience with major ERP (e.g., Workday, Oracle, Infor) and EHR (e.g., Epic, Oracle Cerner) systems is a plus.

Compensation : Pay Rate : $70-$75 / Hr.

We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
