Job descriptionSolid experience in diesel and automotive repair, diagnostics, or technical support Proven customer service experience in a high-volume setting Strong communication and public speaking skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to manage multiple interactions simultaneously and efficiently Demonstrated judgment, problem-solving skills, and resourcefulness Experience working remotely with the discipline to self-manage Associate’s degree or technical certification in automotive or diesel repair preferred At least 3 years of technical truck or automotive support combined with customer service experience, or 5+ years of direct experience in diesel / automotive technical support with customer-facing responsibilities Must be able to visit the Lisle, IL office at least twice per quarter Availability for a flexible schedule : M-F, 7am-4pm, with occasional Saturday shifts (7am-3pm) or evening shifts (12pm-9pm) Ability to adapt to changing priorities and technical needs

Overall Description :
As a Repair Advocate Associate Lead, you will serve as the primary contact between dealer service departments, international management, and customers to facilitate smooth repair operations and minimize downtime. Your expertise in diesel and automotive troubleshooting, coupled with your exemplary customer service skills, will allow you to effectively monitor communication flows, address repair issues, and escalate concerns when necessary. This leadership role demands resourcefulness, independent judgment, and excellent communication to improve service efficiency and elevate the customer experience—all while working remotely and maintaining a collaborative presence in the Lisle, IL office quarterly.
