Job description2+ years in apartment maintenance or a related field. Proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. EPA Type II preferred or ability to become certified within 90 days of start date CPO preferred or ability to become certified within 90 days of start date
We're looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician to join a leading owner / manager of Class A apartment communities.
The position offers a competitive compensation package including 30% housing discount, quarterly performance bonuses, and annual PTO .
Responsibilities :
- Perform general maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, HVAC).
- Complete work orders within 24 hours using Yardi.
- Prepare vacant units for new residents.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests.
