Synertex LLC is seeking an experienced Simulation Training Instructor Lead (STI Lead) to supervise and coordinate simulation training operations at Fort Benning, GA. The STI Lead will provide technical oversight, mentorship, and leadership for Simulation Training Instructors (STIs), ensuring Army training objectives are achieved effectively and safely.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Lead and supervise a team of Simulation Training Instructors to deliver high-quality virtual and live training.
• Ensure standardization and doctrinal accuracy across all simulation training exercises.
• Oversee scheduling, maintenance, and operational readiness of TADSS (EST, CFFT, VCOT, MILES, UGT-I).
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and performance evaluations for assigned instructors.
• Coordinate with TSC Leads and installation staff to integrate simulation training with live exercises.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance training effectiveness.
