  • Suicide risk assessment
  • Treatment Planning and Safety Planning

  • DAP documentation
  • Crisis intervention and de-escalation
  • Oversight of the environment of care
  • Incident reporting
  • Family inclusion
  • Qualifications :

  • Evidence of California licensure or internship number and master's level transcripts
  • Willingness to acquire DBT and EMDR certifications
  • Experience and confidence identifying and implementing evidence-based practices, such as motivational interviewing, DBT, CBT, reality therapy, strategic therapy, and REBT
  • Experience working in crisis settings with individuals and families
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekend days or evenings
  • Ability to think globally, solve problems and have good decision-making skills, including critical thinking skills
  • Experience with psychosis and the severely mentally ill
  • Experience working with persons diagnosed with mental disabilities (Such experience must be in the direct provision of services to patients)
  • First Aid and CPR Certification
  • Consent to Livescan
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer skills, especially using the Google Suite and electronic health records
  • Cultural competence and sensitivity
  • Knowledge of codependency and chemical dependency
  • Good interpersonal skills, ability to relate well with persons from a variety of socioeconomic backgrounds
  • Able to ascend and descend up to two flights of stairs throughout the course of a normal workday
  • Reliable transportation, valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record and proof of insurance
  • Demonstrate consistency, compassion, integrity, motivation and clear communication
  • Schedule : Tuesday through Saturday 9A - 6P

    Must be a LPCC / APCC, LCSW / ACSW, or LMFT / AMFT. You will be in our facilities conducting sessions and completing documentation at work.
