Asset Recovery Specialist

Join a high-volume inbound call team in a fast-paced asset recovery environment—where your collections expertise directly supports resolution, compliance, and successful repossessions. This role rewards accuracy, legal awareness, and customer focus in every interaction. LOCATION : Fort Worth, TX | Onsite COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE $21 to $21.67 / hr. Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM ROLE IMPACT Support customers, vendors, and internal teams during critical stages of the repossession process. Your ability to communicate clearly, follow legal guidelines, and drive case resolution will be central to meeting performance and recovery targets. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Handle inbound calls from customers regarding redemptions and reinstatements, following state-specific repossession laws Respond to internal inquiries and asset recovery updates via email and ticketing systems Support third-party vendors with time-sensitive, accurate case details Document interactions per compliance standards and recovery protocols Deliver professional service in a high-volume collections setting MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 2+ years of collections experience in auto finance or related recovery environments Experience with repossession, redemptions, or reinstatements Knowledge of legal and regulatory guidelines for asset recovery Strong call handling, de-escalation, and documentation skills CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS CRM platforms Microsoft Outlook Call management software Internal ticketing / workflow systems PREFERRED SKILLS Bilingual (English / Spanish) By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
