What you will be responsible for :

• Leading software engineering teams to successfully deliver comprehensive software products from the initial concept to deployment for millions of drivers worldwide.
• Mentoring and advancing the careers of software engineers by providing ongoing performance feedback, coaching, and development opportunities.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional partners, including Digital Product and Digital Design teams, to develop and deliver high-quality features centered on customer needs.
• Reviewing product designs and architectures with a software engineering perspective, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring alignment with engineering best practices.
• Continuously optimizing the engineering delivery pipeline to accelerate cycle times while enhancing quality and security.
• Utilizing advanced concepts and principles to drive multi-disciplinary innovations and address complex business challenges.
• Developing and promoting new engineering practices to enhance organizational growth and effectiveness.
• Providing strategic insights and knowledge across various teams to foster collaboration and eliminate knowledge silos.
• Encouraging a culture of learning and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
• Identifying and evaluating emerging products and technologies that can enhance our offerings.
