Job description

Locum Tenens Opportunity in Internal Medicine - Hematology and Oncology near BEAR CREEK WI

Start Date : ASAP

End Date : Ongoing

Coverage Type : Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call

Provider Details :

  • Allowed Holidays : Labor Day, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Christmas Day, 4th of July, Christmas Eve (1 / 2 Day Commencing at Noon), Thanksgiving Day

Practice Setting :

  • Setting : Outpatient, Inpatient
  • Inpatient and Outpatient Required : Yes
  • Hospital / Surgery Center Privileges : Required, temporary privileges available
  • Admissions Required : No
  • Hospital Stroke Certified : No
  • Patients Per Shift : 25-30

    • Practice Details :

  • Board Certification : Required
  • Fellowship : Required
  • Minimum Board Certification : Eligible; Active licenses in WI not mandatory
  • Certifications Required : ACLS, ATLS, BLS
  • Certifications Preferred : ABLS, PALS

    • Schedule and Responsibilities :

  • Work Hours : M-F, 8-5
  • Outreach : Required (Exact schedule TBD)
  • Practice Type : Solo
  • NP Support : 3 NPs in department
  • Call Rotation : 2 weeks / month, shared within the system
  • Additional Services : Radiation oncology available
  • Procedures : Bone marrow biopsies and intrathecal chemo
  • Equipment Used : Intellidose TxM

    • Other Details :

  • Location : Near BEAR CREEK WI
  • Start Date : Late April
