Electrical Foreman

Hourly Rate : $36.00 - $40.00
Established electrical contracting company is currently seeking a skilled Electrical Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing commercial and industrial electrical projects.
Responsibilities :
- Experience reading and interpreting electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications while adhering to electrical codes
- Experience leading a team of up to 20 electricians and assigning required daily tasks
Tracking manpower for specific tasks and assuring efficient execution
Job-site management ensuring the proper materials are onsite to perform the scope of work required to be completedSuccessful completion of projects within scheduled deadlines and budgetsCoordinating and communicating project updates with the office team regarding change orders and other pertinent project informationStrong communication with the onsite supervisor and other tradesAble to complete and deliver as-builts and project closeout documentationRequirements
8+ years of experience in commercial and industrial electrical projectsMust have 3 plus years of experience leading a team of electriciansMust have experience operating heavy equipmentExcellent communication skills, professional demeanor, and detail orientedMust have a valid driver’s licenseCapable of reading and interpreting drawings and schematicsKnowledge of Fire Alarm systems and other low voltage installationsCapable of working on voltages 0-600VMedium voltage experience of working voltages greater than 1kV is a plusCapable of working in a high reach, scissor lift, and / or bucket truckClass CDL B is a plusUnderstanding of grounding and bonding requirements for electrical systemsExperience bending and installing RMC, IMC, and EMT requiredUnderground duct bank and transformer vault experienceEducational Requirements :
Must be certified in OSHA 30Must possess strong knowledge of NECFour-year certified electrical training requiredBenefits
