• Perform accounts receivable tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial transactions.
• Handle bank reconciliations, maintaining precise and up-to-date records.
• Respond to customer inquiries, providing clear and thorough communication.
• Investigate and resolve complaints or discrepancies, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Create and update spreadsheets to manage and analyze financial data effectively.
• Conduct research to identify and resolve accounting-related issues.
• Support accounts payable processes as needed to maintain smooth operations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with accounting standards and procedures.
• Act as a lead on specific tasks or projects, providing guidance to peers when necessary.
• Proven experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
• Strong proficiency in handling bank reconciliations with accuracy.
• Excellent customer service skills, including effective communication and problem resolution.
• Advanced knowledge of spreadsheet creation and data analysis.
• Ability to investigate and resolve complaints or discrepancies effectively.
