- Overview :
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Administrator with hands-on experience in Salesforce Field Service Management (FSM). This role will be pivotal in managing and optimizing service contracts, generating maintenance plans, and ensuring financial accuracy across work orders. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce objects, pricing structures, and service workflows.
- Key Responsibilities :
- Service Contract Management :
- Own and manage the lifecycle of service contracts within Salesforce FSM.
- Ensure contract terms, entitlements, and SLAs are accurately reflected and maintained.
- Monitor contract renewals, amendments, and compliance.
- Maintenance Plan Generation :
- Create and manage preventive maintenance schedules based on contract terms.
- Collaborate with service teams to align plans with operational capabilities.
- Salesforce Object Review :
- Regularly audit and validate key Salesforce FSM objects (e.g., Service Contracts, Work Orders, Assets).
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across related records.
- Financial & Pricing Oversight :
- Review and validate pricing details on work orders and service contracts.
- Collaborate with finance and operations to ensure accurate billing and cost tracking.
- Identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration :
- Work closely with service delivery, finance, and sales teams to ensure seamless contract execution.
- Provide insights and reporting on contract performance and financial metrics.
- Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce Field Service Management.
- Understanding of service contract structures, pricing models, and maintenance planning.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively across departments.
- Experience with financial review and reporting is a plus.
- Preferred Skills :
- Salesforce Administrator Certification or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with service delivery operations and asset management.
- Experience in a field service or maintenance-heavy industry.
