Collaborate with architects, network engineers and security specialists to test and deploy Power Platform updates.
Provide end-to-end service support for Microsoft 365 Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
Manage the change control management process of future changes, releases, updates and enhancements of the Dynamics 365 environments.
Design and configure Power Platform DLP policies.
Power Platform environment life cycle management.
Manage Power BI environment and workspaces.
Participate in service delivery initiatives needed to improve the availability, security, and performance of the managed services.
Lead or participate in troubleshooting complex incidents with other infrastructure teams.
Participate in the adherence, planning, and analysis of the operational budget for managed services.
Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures and run books for managed services.
Communicate with the customer to keep them informed of operational status, progress on agreed deliverables, and notify them of impending changes or agreed outages.
Requirements
Ability to attain DHS EOD.
BA + 10 years' applicable experience, AA + 12 years' applicable experience, or 16 years' experience.
5 or more years of relevant experience in supporting Power Platform.
A full understanding of Power Automate.
Strong communication skills – able to express key ideas and obtain tangible feedback from cross-functional team members and stakeholders.
