• We are hiring immediately for part time  NIGHT COOK positions.
• Location : Dallas BOH Commissary - 8303 Elmbrook Drive, Dallas, TX 75247. Note : online applications accepted only.
• Schedule : Part time schedule; Days and hours may vary. More details upon interview.
• Requirement : Prior off-site catering experience is preferred; professional kitchen experience is required.
• Perks : Uniforms provided, flexible scheduling, and professional development!
• Pay Range : $18.00  per hour  to $23.50  per hour.

Job Summary

Prepares food in accordance with established standards and ensures quality food service is provided at all times.

Abides by all Company policies and procedures including but not limited to :

The use of a medium weight cut gloves when handling or using knives, peelers, choppers, mandolins or cleaning a slicer.

The use of oven mitts, fryer gloves or steamer gloves when handling hot pans from ovens, warmers or steamtables.

The use of slip-resistant shoes and proper lifting techniques.
