Job description

Tax Manager – CPA Firm (Fully Remote, New England)

Location : New England (Remote; candidate must reside in New England)

Client : Daley & Associates, LLC – a premier accounting, tax, and business advisory firm serving mid‑size companies and individuals.

Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on a full range of tax services, including planning, research, and compliance.
  • Prepare and review tax returns for corporations, flow‑through entities, and individuals.
  • Research and consult on complex tax issues, providing strategic guidance.
  • Engage with client leadership to deliver thoughtful business and tax recommendations.
  • Cultivate new business opportunities.
  • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance and development of tax associates.

Compensation : $145K – $175K (dependent on experience)
