Are you a highly motivated, detail-oriented professional with a passion for Commercial Insurance? We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be the trusted advisor to our commercial clients, ensuring seamless operations and providing exceptional service. You’ll work closely with clients, carriers, and internal teams to foster long-term relationships and drive business growth.

What You Bring

The Account Manager works independently and collaboratively to manage overall client service and administration throughout the issuance and renewal cycle. This position is a client facing role utilizing professional skills in Commercial Property and Casualty Insurance to maintain and enhance client relationships while also ensuring client profitability.

In this role, you will :

  • Manage client accounts through the issuance and renewal cycle.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, carriers, and internal teams.
  • Analyze coverage needs and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Prioritize tasks and maintain accuracy in a fast‑paced environment.

What You'll Need To Succeed :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; professional designations a plus.
  • Active Property & Casualty license with CE credits maintained.
  • Two years of commercial insurance experience.
  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship‑building skills.

  • Starting at $50k, depending on experience, plus a $1,000 signing bonus. The salary range reflected is a good faith estimate of base pay for the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate.
